You will also investigate discrepancies such as shortages, credits, and returns, while supporting wider administrative tasks including invoicing and order tracking. What you'll need to succeed You will have previous experience in a sales administration or office-based role, with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. A professional communication style, both written and verbal, is essential, along with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage workloads effectively.
