Requirements:
3. Minimum of 2 years of current experience Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
4. NH license is required

Will take NEW GRADS with a temp or active NH licenseWill consider ASN'sBSN - PreferredPALS amp Tele Strip Certified - PreferredProfile Requirements:Cover page if applicable not requiredWork HistorySkills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to specialty1 Supervisory Signed Reference from the past two years of employmentLicense/Certifications NH license or compact ACLS and BLS - Facility will not take pend license/certs
Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing:
6. Resume without time gaps and education notated.
7. References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
8. Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
9. Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
10. Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
11. Current Yearly Physical
12. TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
13. BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
14. Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
15. Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
16. Credentialing will require other documentation.
17. Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
