Job Role; Sales Ledger Assistant
With our Client we are looking to appoint a Sales Ledger Assistant on a TEMP to PERM basis.
Working in Sales Ledger and Reporting to the Sales Ledger Manager - we are looking for a character who can work across;
* Processing of Sales Ledger Invoices
* Allocate Payments
* Input Excel spreadsheets
* Assist with processing Credit Notes
* Query Management and Resolution - Internal and External
SKILLS NEEDED TO BE SUITED TO THE SALES LEDGER ASSISTANT ROLE;
* Experience of Excel
* Understand an Invoice and a Credit Note
* Be able to work in a fast paced / high volume role and environment
* Be able to take a role on a Temp to Perm basis.
WHAT YON CAN EXPECT AS THE SALES LEDGER ASSISTANT;
* £12 per hour YOU WILL ALSO GET PAID HOLIDAY - meaning that your rate will be £13.45 per hour
* WEEKLY PAY
* ON SITE CAR PARKING
* REFRESHMENTS - Tea / Coffee / Water / Fruit etc.
* Annual salary of c £25,000 once the role is offered on a permanent basis
