What you’ll be doing:
* Preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – plus fine dining for special events.
* Working as part of a talented team and mentoring new colleagues.
* Managing stock, placing orders, and keeping kitchen records up to date.
* Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
* Supporting with kitchen deep cleans and due diligence paperwork.
What we’re looking for:
* A relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent).
* A confident chef who loves working as part of a team.
* Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for great food.
* Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks (UK residency for the past 3 years required).
