Salary: NJC 8 - 17 £26,824 - £31,022 + well-being cash plan + pension scheme + additional Lift Schools benefits
Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week

About Leon Leisure Centre
Leon Leisure Centre is onsite Lift Sir Herbert Leon, a secondary school that was named ‘Secondary School of the Year’ at the Milton Keynes Education Awards 2025. We have top-tier fitness activities and sports facilities, including a 25m swimming pool, multi-purpose sports hall, 3G Astro-turf, and grass pitches.
About The Role
As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our leisure centre, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and high-quality experience for all users. You will lead and support leisure centre staff to deliver exceptional customer service. You will ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and leisure industry standards and promote and support a diverse programme of sports and leisure activities.

* A confident, reliable leader ideally with experience in a leisure or customer service environment.
* A team player who is flexible, resilient, and solutions-focused.
* Someone with a passion for community engagement and a commitment to health and wellbeing.
* Ideally you will be a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification holder with strong knowledge of poolside safety and operations.
