Role & Responsibilities: o Responsible for the management of projects from the enquiry stage through to manufacturing, ensuring handing over to the customer on time and to budget. o Will oversee all operational and financial aspects of designated customer accounts, including costs, pricing, profitability, working capital and customer service. o Lead the team to foster exceptional customer service and drive short-term wins and long-term growth opportunities.o Support the maintenance of high levels of gross margin and operating profit, prioritising financial stability and growth. o Act as the primary point of contact for customer operational relationships, focusing on ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues and maintaining escalations effectively.
