Job Title: Engineering Support Administrator (Fixed-Term Contract)Department: Maintenance and EngineeringLocation: SolihullWorking Hours: Days (Approx. 07:00 - 15:00, flexible)Contract Type: 12-Month Maternity Cover, potential for a full-time positionWe are seeking two proactive and detail-oriented individuals to join our Maintenance department to support ongoing projects and administrative functions. These roles are ideal for candidates with strong organisational skills and a background in maintenance or engineering (preferred but not essential).Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support for the department's transition to SAP.- Collate and manage asset information and documentation.- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of forms, spreadsheets, and reports.- Support the team with general administrative tasks and data entry.- Contribute to the development and upkeep of risk assessments and COSHH documentation.- Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow.Required Skills & Experience:- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).- Background in maintenance, engineering, or a similar technical environment.- Strong organisational and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Desirable:- Experience with risk assessments and COSHH documentation.- Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems.Please apply via this advert with your most up-to-date CV.
