We are looking for an experienced individual at Manager grade who has relevant experience and knowledge of regulation, reporting and / or sustainability in the Financial Services market. In this role, you'll collaborate with a diverse group of professionals to develop strategies that help our clients unlock value, drive efficiency and meet stakeholder requirements. Whilst being agile and working across a range of different subjects and projects, we welcome candidates with sustainability regulation and reporting experience.

Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities will vary depending upon the client and the engagement profile. Amongst others, you will:
1. Act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored solutions that address clients' specific goals and building strong relationships with clients;
2. Reporting to a senior member of the team, manage complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards;
3. Manage and coach team members - providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure successful outcomes;
4. Lead by example, promoting PwC's core values and cultivating a culture of inclusivity and collaboration;
5. Ensure all client work meets PwC's rigorous quality and compliance standards;
6. Stay informed about relevant regulation, reporting and industry developments, ensuring services remain compliant and competitive;
7. Support engagement leaders to identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiencies;
8. Leverage emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance service delivery;
9. Build relationships and network with clients and internally across PwC.
The skills and experience we're looking for:
10. Qualified accountant with experience in financial and / or sustainability reporting;
11. Experience advising or implementing regulation for Financial Services companies - ideally TCFD / CSRD / SDR and an understanding of ISSB;
12. Experience in sustainability materiality and / or reporting maturity assessments;
13. Experience advising clients on, or directly using technology solutions for reporting - Workiva;
14. Experience in processes, controls, testing and reporting - ideally from both an audit and assurance perspective;
15. Experience advising, supervising or working for Financial Services clients in either a risk or regulatory capacity;
16. An ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex requirements to a range of audiences;
17. Experience with global financial services / insurance firms and the associated complexity of regulatory and reporting requirements;
18. Strong client handling and relationship management skills;
19. Strong written and verbal communication skills;
20. Experience of problem solving and ability to implement and deliver solutions tailored to clients' needs; and
21. Experience in leading or supervising others to deliver multiple projects on time and to a high quality.
