Junior Private PA with Excellent Academics!
We are looking to hire an exceptionally bright, articulate, switched-on graduate to work for a lovely private family living in the Kensington area of London. Working as part of a small team of dedicated Private PAs, you will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6pm, within a private house, overseeing all daily admin generated by a busy London family. All applicants must be happy to be called out of hours occasionally if needed.
This role would ideally suit a recent graduate or someone with 1st or 2nd job experience, with a 2:1 or 1st class degree, looking to gain experience in a private family environment. Working for a highly intelligent boss, you will handle daily admin related to the acquisition of several properties, dealing with estate agents, lawyers, accountants, contractors, and suppliers. Graduates should be naturally intelligent, analytical, quick at absorbing and relaying information clearly, and comfortable producing reports and spreadsheets on daily expenditure, household budgets, and maintenance issues.
You will also manage emails and diaries, conduct research, schedule events and appointments, and handle personal shopping. This is a varied and interesting Private PA role suitable for a proactive, career-driven graduate seeking a busy, comprehensive position. Occasional travel outside London may be required. The role offers a salary of up to £55K for the right candidate.
