Job Responsibilities:
1. Managing a portfolio of between 130 - 200 properties.
2. Arranging compliance checks such as GSI, ESI, PAT, and EPC.
3. Applying for PRPL - Private Rented Property Licences with various boroughs.
4. Booking and checking management inspections.
5. Negotiating the return of deposits between landlords and tenants, including coordinating repairs and cleaning as required.
6. Advising utility companies of meter readings.
7. Coordinating estimates and repairs with contractors.
8. Negotiating and coordinating renewal contracts.
9. Preparing tenancy agreements.
10. Serving Section 21 notices.
11. Managing new files after the holding deposit is received from the Lettings team.
12. Collecting documentation from landlords and tenants.
13. Arranging for TOB to be completed, sent, and signed.
14. Processing referencing with Homelet from submission to completion.
15. Arranging quotations for pre-let works, including cleaning.
16. Booking appointments for works and cleaning.
Skills Required:
* A calm and professional approach.
* Systematic with strong administrative skills.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Details:
* Type: Full-time
* Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
* Saturdays: 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
