Reporting to the Director of Quality, you will be instrumental in driving internal standards and continuous improvement for quality, strategy, and safeguarding, ensuring services meet and exceed regulatory requirements and outcomes.To excel in this role, you must be immersed in your division, continuously reflect on areas of improvement, and proactively ensure the services deliver the highest quality care and support for children. Building positive relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams, as well as line managing a team of Quality Managers, is essential.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality or Safeguarding Leader seeking the next step in their career within a reputable and specialist social care provider.Location/TravelCandidates can be based anywhere in the UK, willing to travel including overnight stays.
