Salary: £46,191 to £50,452 per annum plus Car Allowance of £4,671 per annum pro rata

The Role

The Compliance Manager will play a key role in delivering Bield’s strategic goals and shaping the organisation’s future. The post-holder will be responsible for managing service contracts and compliance functions daily, and will work closely with colleagues to oversee health and safety across Bield. They will drive performance excellence through innovative practices, maintain strong record keeping, and collaborate across departments to ensure a high-quality property compliance service. This role is pivotal during an ambitious and innovative period for Bield.

The Candidate

We seek a candidate experienced in managing property compliance services, including contractor management within an organization similar in size to Bield. The candidate should be capable of planning and prioritising complex workloads, developing new working practices to improve efficiency, and managing budgets effectively. Experience in contractor management, budget monitoring, and forecasting is essential.

Requirements For The Role

* People management skills
* Skilled communicator
* Problem solving and decision-making skills
* Educated to HND level or equivalent work experience
* Membership of a professional body and/or a professional qualification such as NEBOSH (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence
