Job Description
The Finance Coordinator will;
* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with accuracy and timeliness.
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
* Support budget preparation and monitor expenditure to ensure alignment with financial goals.
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Coordinate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and workflows.
* Assist with month-end and year-end financial close activities.
* Provide support for audits, ensuring all documentation is organised and accessible.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Coordinator should have:
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Attention to detail and a high level of numerical accuracy.
* Experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team in Wednesbury.
