You will be working closely with the Block Management Team and you will need to be organised, efficient and able to work accurately in a fast-moving environment. Experience using Cube Software is essential. Previous experience in Block Management Accounts and strong Administration skills are key because you will need to hit the ground running in a busy department. Qualifications in accounting or Property Management would be ideal but experience in budgeting, and accounting is essential.
