Our client is based in Petersfield, they are looking for talented, hungry, motivated individuals who are not afraid of working hard to achieve their targets, to progress warm leads and speak to existing accounts - through the sales process helping to build lasting customer relationships.

* 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Rising to 21 days after 1 years' service (commencing the following January), 23 days after 2 years, 25 days after 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outgoing sales calls to qualify & sell entire range of training solutions, services, and products to existing warm and lapsed accounts.
* To process warm incoming enquiries, advising upon and selling our products and services.
* To fulfill and exceed agreed individual and team targets for revenue and call volumes.
* Provide excellent customer care and display a positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude always.
* To maintain and update the CRM as contact occurs
* To work with the internal business to streamline the sales and product delivery processes
* Maintain regular contact with existing customers to secure repeat orders and achieve new bookings
* Sell delegate places as agreed on a weekly basis according to workshop attendance levels
The Ideal Candidate will have the following:
* Sales, account management or high-volume call center experience – if you are an exceptional customer service individual, you could be considered too!
* Self-motivation, confidence, ambition, and a good positive attitude.
* Ability to build relationships quickly
