Job Purpose
The Lead Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping business strategy and driving the application roadmap across the business areas including Customer, Corporate and Field Services. This role will be aligned to a Product area, led by the Head of Product working closely with the Product Team's Enterprise Architect and Portfolio Lead.
This Product Team will work in collaboration with senior stakeholders, product owners and technical teams to understand the direction, and to ensure current and future business needs are translated into effective digital solutions. To achieve this, the Lead Business Analyst will need to be effective in taking a holistic approach to achieving the assigned business area's strategy and vision to influence direction and working at the project level to provide the business analysis expertise.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Partner with business leaders to define strategic goals and translate them into actionable initiatives.
* Work as part of a 'Product Squad' to develop and evolve the application roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
* Conduct high-level and detailed business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather and validate requirements.
* Collaborate with product managers, architects, and developers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
* Provide thought leadership and best practices in business analysis and strategic planning.
* Mentor and support junior business analysts across projects.
