About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished control systems builder to join our team. As an instrument technician, you will play a crucial part in building pneumatic and hydraulic control systems for mainly rotary actuators. Your expertise will also be required to build and commission HPU's.
Key responsibilities include ensuring all work is carried out according to company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions. You will also be responsible for building control systems as per the job file & QA card, performing hydraulic flushing & fluid sampling, nitrogen testing, factory acceptance testing, installation and commissioning.
Requirements:
* A minimum of SVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in a mechanical, instrument or electrical background.
* HNC level or equivalent qualification.
* Ideal experience includes completion of an apprenticeship scheme.

* Effective communication skills.
* Strong commitment towards health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ).
* Ability to work well as a team member and take own initiative.
* Commitment to continual improvement and flexible approach to change.
