Overview


The Commercial Contracts Manager - EMEA will support the various elements of OSI Systems, Inc.’s (OSI’s) Privacy Program.

This position will be primarily remote and will report to the Senior Contacts Manager, based in the UK. Although the role is largely remote, the Commercial Contracts Manager may be required to travel to various offices on a periodic basis for specific meetings, events, and investigations.

Role Overview:

As a Commercial Contracts Manager for the EMEA region, you will play a pivotal role in managing the drafting, negotiation, execution, and administration of a wide range of commercial and international government contracts.

Working alongside another EMEA Contracts Manager, you will focus on maintaining and updating distribution and sales/service channel agreements, supporting procurement and operational contracts, and assisting the Bids and Proposals team with direct sales activities.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, with regular interaction with senior and executive leadership across various departments. You will be expected to communicate effectively, apply best practices, and uphold integrity in all contractual matters.


Responsibilities


- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including supply, framework, NDAs, teaming, consultancy, and compliance agreements.
- Maintain and update distribution, resale, and service provider agreements.
- Support bids and proposals with contract analysis and legal documentation.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks; ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, Finance, Procurement, etc.).
- Train users on the contracts management platform and maintain contract records.
- Ensure adherence to anti-corruption and export control policies.


Qualifications

1. At least 5 years of previous privacy experience in a legal or compliance-related role within a global company.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or relevant industry experience, and appropriate privacy-related qualifications.
3. Strong knowledge of privacy and data protection laws, including the EU GDPR and local laws and regulations within the EMEA region.
4. Prior experience in working with multiple stakeholders regionally or globally.
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Prior experience implementing and monitoring privacy related policies and procedures.
8. Proficiency in additional languages would be an asset (including German, Italian, or Spanish).
9. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
