About the Role

The Operations Center of Excellence (CoE) will be a global organisation with operations experts around the world providing leading capabilities to clients through all IPG Mediabrand's media agencies.

Our Campaign Lifecycle Management Process brings a standardized, streamlined approach to our campaign process for booking and activating media. The Campaign Lifecycle Management program is our new, end-to-end approach to booking and activating media that standardises processes, closes financial gaps and cuts out rework. This new framework is critical to our local market success. It ensures consistency & efficiency, mitigates commercial risk and ultimately is designed to make our media team's lives easier whilst giving them a safety net for when things get missed. The process will be run, monitored and supported through the Process & Governance team will offer measurable adoption as well as risk flagging and tracking.

As Operations Manager, Process & Governance, they will support the successful rollout, training, and continuous improvement of the CLM process within the UK market. Working closely with senior operational leaders and frontline teams, they'll help ensure that process adoption is smooth, measurable, and embedded into everyday workflows.

Joining at a pivotal time of transformation within new MediaBrands Operations Craft roll out and the wider industry, this is an ideal role for a seasoned operations person looking to take their next step up and grow their skills

They will ideally have some experience in rolling out or supporting projects, processes or l&d programs as well as experience and understanding of juggling the multiple areas of priority and focus across the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:
1.
1. Support relationship building across CoE and UK operational leads.
2. Coordinate with craft leads to ensure the successful implementation and usage of operational tools.
3. Promote CLM driven change across teams to drive continuous improvement.
4. Help gather feedback from local market teams to inform ongoing process improvements.

2. E2E/CLM Process Guardianship & Roll out/ training:
1.
1. Coordinate elements of the CLM rollout plan and assist with onboarding transitions for new clients.
2. Support on all training design and delivery-both in-person and virtual-including refreshers and onboarding sessions.
3. Liaise with product partners (e.g., Asana, Interact, Mediaocean) to align training with platform updates.
4. Maintain accurate training records and contribute to improvement of training tools and documentation

3. E2E/CLM GCC Championing, Collaboration & Support:
1.
1. Work with the Process & Governance leadership to identify operational efficiencies through the GCC model.
2. Flag client needs and adoption challenges, ensuring the UK's voice is heard in global forums.
3. Help reinforce GCC usage and adoption through communication and basic troubleshooting support.

4. E2E/CLM User Engagement: Championing, Support & Helpdesk function:
1.
1. Support the management of the CLM helpdesk (via Happy Fox), ensuring user queries are addressed or escalated.
2. Help organize CLM Champion events and community-building sessions.
3. Capture user feedback and share it with senior leaders for process refinement.

5. E2E/CLM Reporting of Utilisation & Adoption Monitoring and KPI Tracking:
1.
1. Assist in creating and circulating reporting dashboards related to CLM adoption and process usage.
2. Help flag missed process stages or areas of concern to minimize operational or financial risk.
3. Work with the team to provide actionable insights to business and craft leaders.

6. Team Support & Coordination:
1.
1. Support the Director in managing project timelines and team deliverables.
2. Contribute to team culture through shared planning, feedback, and improvement initiatives.

Key Success Metrics:

The Business Operations Manager; Process & Governance, UK will have a number of core KPIs, across the below areas:

1. Delivery of CLM Training (% employee training, feedback scores)
2. CLM Adoption rates

1. New & Current Client Operational Model Success
2. Local adoption and adherence to global standards (E2E process, GCC adoption, Interact & Operational tools)
3. Reduction in commercial operations errors- 10% YOY improvement to be seen across;
1. Unbilled media over 90 days
2. Ad-tech cost errors
3. Late booking entries
4. Unbilled media write-offs

About You (Our Successful Candidate)

The successful candidate will be a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a foundation in process/ project management or media operations looking to expand their influence and contribute to business-wide delivery and improvements during an exciting time of transformation at IPG Mediabrands and within our new Craft Centre of Excellence (CoE).

They may have previous experience supporting process rollouts, facilitating team training, coordinating project delivery, or providing day-to-day operational support. The ideal person will have a growing commercial lens and keen interest to develop understanding of the business, and enjoy the challenge of juggling this against process training delivery, reacting to feedback and delivery to timelines.

An ambitious operations person with a keen interest in driving change they bring energy, clarity, and a problem-solving mindset to their work, with a passion for helping teams work more efficiently and effectively. They understand that operational excellence depends on both smart processes and strong relationships.

Key Skills Required
* Experience in operations, project support, training, or a related function
* Comfortable delivering or supporting training and process onboarding
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Confident with basic data tracking and reporting (e.g., Excel, dashboards)
* Experience with tools such as Asana, Mediaocean, or other workflow platforms
* Strong desire to learn and develop into a more senior operations leadership role
