Are you a creative marketer who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves?
Redrock Machinery Ltd is a leading Northern Ireland agricultural machinery manufacturer exporting to markets across the globe. As we approach our Golden Jubilee (50th Anniversary), we are looking for a dynamic, multi-talented Manager to drive our brand forward, manage our merchandise division, and lead our presence at international exhibitions.
The Role:
This is not a typical desk job. One day you might be designing a digital brochure or managing our website; the next, you could be stocking our mobile shop, setting up an exhibition stand at a major agricultural show, or organizing our 50th-year dealer party.
We need a "doer"—someone with a flair for design and strategy, but who is equally happy physically managing stock and working face-to-face with customers.
Duties
· Merchandising:
Full management of our branded clothing/merchandise, from design and purchasing to physical stock management and running our online and mobile shops.
· Events:
Organizing and attending exhibitions, dealer training, factory visits, and machinery demos. You will design the stands, manage the logistics, and be the face of the brand on the ground.
· Marketing & Digital:
Managing social media, website development and updates, and coordinating professional photography/videography.
· Creative:
Designing brochures, banners, and print advertisements for agricultural press and exhibition stands.
· The Big 50:
Taking the lead on our 50th Anniversary celebrations, including dealer events and limited-edition branding.
Other duties:
· Supporting the inhouse and external Sales teams
· Assisting our business development manager
· Assist our sister co Ktwo Machinery, sales and marketing team
What We Are Looking For:
· Experience in Marketing, Events, or Retail Management.
· A "hands-on" attitude (physically able to manage stock and set up events).
· Strong organizational skills and an eye for design.
· Willingness to travel to shows and work flexible hours during peak event seasons.
Essential:
* Graphic Design: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva (specifically for brochures/editorials, Photoshop for photo editing, and Illustrator for logos/stickers).
* Social Media Management: Experience using tools like Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram) to schedule posts and analyse engagement.
* Microsoft Office: Strong command of Excel (for merchandise inventory and event budgeting) and PowerPoint (for dealer presentations).
Desirable:
* Video Editing: Basic skills in tools like Adobe Premiere Rush, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve for creating quick social media reels/shorts.
* Website CMS: Experience updating content on platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or Shopify (or specific experience with e-commerce backends for the merchandise store)
* Background in the agricultural sector
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
