Location: Pocklington, YO42 1NR
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 (depending on health & safety experience)

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain accurate health and safety documentation across the Group
* Prepare and distribute risk assessments, method statements, and compliance materials
* Support the rollout and consistent application of Group-wide HSE procedures and systems
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure documentation meets legal and industry standards
* Monitor safety actions and reporting via My Compliance
* Assist with incident investigations and produce reports on accident trends
* Ensure compliance with risk controls, PPE requirements, and legal obligations
* Follow risk assessment controls, Safe Systems of Work, and PPE requirements
What You'll Bring
* Full UK Driving Licence
* NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a busy administrative role
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Exposure to HSE documentation, procedures, or audits
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
