Established over 40 years ago and employing more than 50 skilled engineers, our client has extensive experience across the aerospace, nuclear, and technology sectors, supplying high-precision components to over 200 customers. Your Role as a CNC Operator Operating 5-axis CNC machinery to file and cut metal components Preparing and calibrating machines to produce high-precision parts Running machines independently throughout the shift Producing components to exact tolerances and engineering specifications Following engineering schematics and drawings with accuracy Working within a high-precision engineering environment Requirements ESSENTIAL - 5-axis CNC operation experience ESSENTIAL - Previous experience within an engineering environment ESSENTIAL - Ability to run CNC machines independently Strong understanding of tolerances and precision engineering standards Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability Reliability and a positive attitude towards teamwork Pay & Shifts £18.00 per hour Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30 Friday: 07:00 - 13:00 30-minute unpaid break each day What's in it for you?
