🚀 Service Manager – Ireland (NI & ROI)

💰 €80,000–€85,000 + Company Car
An established automation and engineering provider is looking for a dynamic Service Manager to lead its Irish Field Service Team and support continued growth across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. This is a senior leadership role combining operational excellence with strategic expansion of the Irish service business.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Lead, organise and support a team of 4 Field Service Engineers across Ireland
* Drive service performance across planned and reactive maintenance activities
* Take ownership of financial controls including overtime, training and operational spend
* Build strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for service growth
* Support the development and expansion of the Republic of Ireland business entity
🎯 About You
* Qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering (or similar)
* Proven experience supervising or managing engineering teams
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and contracts
* Confident communicator with strong customer engagement skills
* Health & Safety knowledge (IOSH / SMSTS or equivalent preferred)
