We are seeking compassionate, patient tutors who can offer not only subject support in Maths, English and Science, but also the encouragement and reassurance that these pupils need to thrive. Many of the young people you will work with have complex SEND or SEMH needs such as autism, ADHD, anxiety or social and emotional challenges. For them, learning is often about much more than academic progress—it’s about trust, confidence and building positive relationships. As a tutor, you’ll play a vital role in helping pupils re-engage with education at their own pace, creating a safe and supportive space where they can succeed.
