To own and lead fitness product, positively impacting members and mentoring the team to deliver the best fitness experience.
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager. The role involves delivering an elevated fitness experience through our products such as MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal and Group Training.

Job Responsibilities
1. Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
2. Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently
3. Lead national initiatives & incentives such as #WorkoutWednesday and in-gym challenges/events
4. Champion our member onboarding program, MOVE, leading by example and training the team to enhance confidence and delivery
5. Manage the REDEFINE product, driving sales and engagement
6. Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches & Personal Trainers
7. Oversee group training schedules and monitor performance against KPIs
8. Enhance member engagement within your community
9. Deliver classes as per gym guidelines
10. Focus on increasing new member sales and retaining existing members to grow the member base
11. Support the team in driving revenue from memberships, products, and secondary lines to ensure profitability
12. Lead by example on reception and gym floor to enhance member experience
13. Provide regular, constructive feedback to team members to support their development
14. Drive personal training sales and deliver sessions monthly
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience

* Experience in conducting personal training sessions
* Strong leadership and coaching skills
* Experience delivering various group training modalities
* Knowledge of current fitness industry trends
* Excellent communication and management skills to motivate and inspire
* Positive, solutions-focused mindset
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member-focused approach
* Ambitious with a desire to learn and develop
* Flexible working hours, including weekends and bank holidays, as needed
