We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Parts Advisor
to join our team at our Melton branch.
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering a first-class parts and sundries service to retail, account, and internal customers. You'll play a key part in maintaining excellent customer relationships & ensuring accurate order management.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve retail and account customers, advising and selling parts and sundries.
* Raise, process, and follow up on orders and invoices.
* Upsell and promote special offers and seasonal promotions.
* Support customers off-site with parts deliveries and occasional equipment installation (e.g. ride-on mowers).
* Use IBCOS and parts databases to process transactions and generate reports.
