The Aspire Training Team are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at Rosewood Day Nursery.
Nestled in the idyllic countryside of Chipping Norton, our nursery isn't just located in a historic period property; it's a magical realm where office cubicles are swapped for vibrant jungle gyms and water cooler chats for enchanting story times.
The nursery boasts top-notch resources and beautifully maintained spaces that create an ideal learning environment, with three bright, airy rooms and a spacious garden that can accommodate children from newborn to age 5.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Help shape the future of childcare, with continued commitment to providing outstanding care and education, support the key members of the team, and develop new skills.
2. Provide the highest quality of care and education, and assist in creating a nurturing and collaborative environment where children can explore and learn through play.
3. Undertake all aspects of personal care, including toileting and food preparation, and assist with feeding.
4. Help with planning the day’s activities, liaise with parents, and keep them updated on their child’s progress.
5. Infuse creativity into the curriculum, celebrate small victories, and ensure high-quality care and educational adventures for children.
Requirements:
1. You must be able to gain a clear DBS check.
2. Level 2 Childcare Qualification is essential when applying for this role.
3. Have GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent.

Hours:
1. Rosewood Day Nursery is open from 07:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.
2. The successful candidate will be required to work 30-40 hours per week, with hours to be discussed.
