We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to join our team in Ilford, supporting one of our client with complex health needs. Our client is a bright and active girl who lives at home with her family and siblings, and we’re looking for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person‑centred care.
Main duties of the job
* Provide personal care and mobility support.
* Support with clinical tasks.
* Promote comfort, calm, and positive interaction with our client.
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will also be responsible for supporting individuals with complex care needs and must have essential skills in enteral feeding, seizure management, tracheostomy, ventilation, oxygen therapy and medication administration.

Pay: Monday to Friday £16.37, Saturday £18.21, Sunday £21.28
Shifts: Bank Position Days 8am-5pm, Nights 9pm-8am
