Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to provide a full range of generalist HR services across multiple sites within a regulated and unionised environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a varied and complex employee relations caseload, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
* Delivering end-to-end HR support across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
* Collaborating with senior leaders and campus teams to drive and support the regional and global HR strategy.
* Leading and advising on organisational change, structural reviews, and policy development.
* Coaching and supporting managers in handling both formal and informal employee matters.
* Regularly visiting sites to provide face-to-face HR support and develop strong stakeholder relationships.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR BP should have:
* Proven experience in a multi site fast paced organisation
* Strong understanding of employment law and its practical application.
* Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of an organisation.
* Experience in leading HR projects and implementing change initiatives.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Professional HR qualifications, such as CIPD or equivalent.
