Static HIU & Mechanical Engineer - King's Cross, London£55,000 + Full Package
We are currently recruiting for a Static HIU & Mechanical Engineer to be based at a prestigious site in King's Cross. The Role:Working as a static engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, service, and repair of HIUs (Heat Interface Units) and associated mechanical plant across a high-end commercial/residential development.

Key Responsibilities:
* Service, maintenance, and fault finding on HIUs
* General mechanical maintenance across the site
* Working on plant room equipment including pumps, valves, and pipework
* Monitoring and maintaining heating and hot water systems
* Responding to reactive maintenance issues and breakdowns
* Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations
* Liaising with site management and clients
Requirements:
* Proven experience working with HIUs and mechanical systems
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Background in building services / facilities maintenance
* Relevant mechanical qualifications (desirable)
* Good communication and customer-facing skills
