Our client, who are global market leaders in their field, based in Ross-On-Wye are looking for a Receptionist join the team on a temporary basis.
The client needs a candidate to cover reception for 6 days, from Thursday 21st August until Monday 1st September. You will not be asked to work bank holiday Monday 25th August. Public transport links are limited, however, there is free on-site parking provided.
Whilst office experience is preferred, industry specific experience is not required in this position as full, thorough training provided on the role.
Key Responsibilities;
-Greet visitors upon they arrival
-Take incoming telephone calls and redirect to appropriate members of staff
-Sort incoming post and frank outgoing post
-Arrange parcel deliveries
-Other ad-hoc and admin duties as required.

Hours; Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5pm (Early Friday Finish at 4pm!)
Salary; From £12.21 per hour
