Overview
You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of play for all children, while promoting a happy yet safe atmosphere, overseeing the soft play area and assisting parents with any needs. It goes without saying that you must love working with children, have a good sense of humour and be a responsible and organised person.
What you’ll do in this role
* Answering guest queries on products, prices & house facilities/activities
* Dealing with enquiries by telephone in a warm & friendly manner, endeavouring at all times to accommodate their requests
* Ensure a clean & tidy environment at all times & ensure that the reception area is tidy & ready for service at all times
* Help create a fun, exciting & safe environment so that every guest leaves wanting to return
* Help run children’s Birthday parties, taking control and interacting with the children
* Face painting & Balloon modelling
* Selling of various food and drink items to guests

* Someone who is able to adapt behaviour to different situations
* Who also is able to generate ideas to increase sales/improve standards
* Who also has the ability to work within an already amazing team!
* Someone who has the ability to manage and control large groups of guests.
* Oh and not forgetting, enjoys working with children!
