You have an opportunity to be part of this in the role of Public Health Officer with the Well Doncaster Team. And part of the Thrive approach as a whole systems change model.

It is an exciting time to be involved in health, wellbeing, and community support in Doncaster. The Doncaster Growing Together Borough Strategy has set out to change the way that public services deliver community support. Are you passionate about using insight, evidence, and evaluation to drive real change?

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to establish and lead the Thrive Insight and Evaluation function, a brand-new approach to learning, improvement, and system change across Doncaster's work and skills ecosystem.

As Insight and Evaluation Lead, you will be at the heart of the Thrive model, driving the design and delivery of a robust insight, intelligence, research, and evaluation function. Your work will ensure that evidence is not only generated but actively shared, applied, and embedded into practice, policy, and system transformation.

This is a unique opportunity to influence change at local, regional, and national levels, improving aspirations and quality of life across Doncaster's five Thrive themes.

What you'll do:

* Lead the design and delivery of embedded, innovative evaluation practices
* Drive system-wide learning and continuous improvement
* Influence local, regional, and national policy through evidence
* Build strong partnerships across sectors
* Champion knowledge mobilisation and participatory evaluation

This is your chance to shape how we learn, adapt, and deliver better outcomes for our communities.

Our work has been recognised nationally for our strengths-based approach for working with and for our residents. We are looking for an individual who is experienced in Community Centred Approaches, who can demonstrate a working knowledge of implementing community based public health approaches and has excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Asset Based Community Development and key partners would also be beneficial.
