We're looking for an experienced Management Accountant to play a key role in supporting business growth, driving financial performance, and leading a collaborative finance team as Finance Manager. Working closely with the Finance Director this role would suit an individual ready to take their next steps into a Management level position.
We're looking for someone who has:
* ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification (or part‑qualified) and a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
* Prior experience of leading and mentoring others
* Strong technical accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance knowledge
* Experience managing Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, payroll, credit control, reconciliations, and multi‑currency transactions
* Excellent Excel and accounting systems knowledge (QuickBooks or similar ERP systems)
* Strong understanding of VAT, HMRC reporting, and financial controls
