SEN Teaching Assistant – School in WN6 Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? We are recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the WN6 area. This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support that enables pupils to access learning and thrive within the classroom. The Role: Providing 1:1 and small group support Assisting with personalised learning plans Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour Encouraging social development and engagement Helping create an inclusive learning environment The Ideal Candidate Will: Have experience working with children with SEN Be patient, nurturing, and resilient Demonstrate strong communication skills Be proactive and supportive within a team Hold a relevant TA qualification (desirable) This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive WN6 school, with potential for the role to become long-term or permanent.
