The Opportunity
As Key Account Manager, you will act as the key interface between your clients and the business, managing strategic 4PL accounts. You'll oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring clients receive integrated, efficient logistics solutions while driving growth and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Build and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers in your assigned 4PL accounts.
Develop and deliver Key Account Plans that drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and manage your portfolio performance and sales pipeline.
Lead customer reviews, addressing challenges and implementing improvement actions.
Stay up to date on industry trends, market shifts, and technology developments to provide strategic insight.
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage account documentation.
Support resolution of critical invoicing issues and work closely with Finance on receivables.
Identify additional business opportunities within your portfolio and beyond.What You'll Bring
Deep understanding of 4PL operations and technology solutions.
10+ years' experience in 3PL/4PL key account management, growing and retaining strategic accounts.
Strong ability to create value for clients while balancing commercial objectives.
Proven relationship-building and influencing skills at senior levels.
Organised, structured, and results-driven with excellent project management abilities.
Exceptional communication skills-clear, confident, and professional.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support team success.Package & Benefits
