Job Title: Care Coordinator Full Time / Part Time
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum + on call and care remuneration
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Watra Care specialises in providing live in care/home care and support to our customers throughout the Birmingham, Sandwell and Solihull region. We are currently recruiting a full time coordinator to join our supportive and friendly team. This role will involve mainly office based duties. Duties will include:
* Being the first point of contact for customers and care assistants
* Coordinating care packages - care plans, risk assessments, reviews, compliments/complaints, accidents and incidents
* Creating and maintaining rotas using our Rota software
* Dealing with new customer enquiries
Requirements:
* Have previous experience in the providing care to domiciliary sector
* Be pro-active, flexible and committed to providing a quality service
* Have excellent communication, administration and organisational skills
* Driving licence and own vehicle
* Qualification in Health and Social Care preferred but not essential.
* Our coordinators use software to organise rotas so the successful candidate must be IT literate, with the ability to learn new software quickly
