As a teacher of Maths you will: Be accountable for the standards attained by all students within your lessons and set high standards of expectations in class Plan and apply strategies/interventions for rapid progress and run extra-curricular opportunities for students Be able to motivate students and achieve excellent results, showing excellent organisational and ICT skills; Have an awareness of effective assessment and use of data to track student progress; Have the capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team and of course have a passion for the subject and an ability to share this.
