Job Description:
This position is responsible for developing and delivering cost-effective solutions to enhance organizational performance, control costs, and increase revenue. The employee analyzes work measurement, develops and implements staffing requirements, interacts with cross-functional teams to resolve operational problems, and ensures compliance with written operating plans and procedures. Responsibilities also include checking compliance with customer requirements, quality goals, service levels, inventory accuracy, and performance standards. The role involves identifying exceptions, formulating recommendations, implementing process improvements, and performing other tasks as requested.
