You will maintain digital and physical filing systems for product development, project timelines, and product performance. You will assist in developing precise product specifications aligned with customer and market requirements. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity will be significant aspects of your role. You will support the end-to-end New Production Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, gaining insight into launch strategy and execution. Over time, you will be able to increase your responsibilities and take full ownership of products or process improvements. You will track product KPIs and maintain records of progress, implementing necessary changes.
This role offers opportunities to build skills in technical support, handle queries to inform product improvements, assist with exhibitions and trade shows, and develop an understanding of pricing strategies.
