We are building something special and are looking for an innovative and passionate Resourcing Executive to join our Sheffield team.Our Sheffield branch are a high performing team and won Team of the Year at our annual awards in January. This is an brilliant opportunity to join them as a Resourcing Executive. You will be supported by the Regional Partnership Executive and a number of Partnership Executives. As a Resourcing Executive, you and will specialise in candidate attraction & ensuring that our candidates have an outstanding service. This is a fast-paced role which is pivotal in attracting and onboarding high quality candidates to meet the needs of our clients. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid role between home and our office space.Role & Responsibilities:Write and post engaging and unique adverts to attract candidatesProactively source candidates through headhunting on job boards and social media platformsEffectively use internal databases and the refer a friend scheme to continuously expand the candidate poolResearch and attend local job and university faresWork collaboratively with the wider team to understand the vacancies and requirements of the region's clientsProactively build a pipeline of skilled candidates for potential future rolesShortlist candidates from adverts and ensure that applicants are replied to in a timely mannerScreen suitable applicants and conduct initial telephone interviews to assess suitability and preferences.Effectively manage a high volume of vacancies which will include both teachers and support staff.Arrange formal candidate interviews with the partnership teamBuild positive relationships with candidates to ensure high levels of engagement and commitment.Work with the regional compliance manager to ensure a smooth process for all candidates.The ideal candidate will have:At least 12 months experience in a resourcing roleHave a strong understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and toolsProven record of working towards KPIs and hitting targetsThe ability to prioritise and hit deadlinesExcellent communication skillsThe ability to network and devise new resourcing strategiesBenefits of working with The Supply Register25 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing every anniversary (to maximum 29)Private health care plan50% off Gym membershipAnnual awardsFree onsite parking at the head officeAn extra day annual leave for your birthday every yearCompany pensionIf you are interested, please apply.
