Job overview Bank Clinical Pharmacist Band 7 We at the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust, have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic pharmacist to join the team in a state-of-the-art pharmacy department. This post is a 6-month Bank position to support the team over the Winter period The successful candidate will join our existing pool of Band 7 pharmacists at the Trust. You will provide a clinical Pharmacy service to a range of clinical specialities including Medicine, Surgery, and Older People. You will also act as the Responsible Pharmacist in the dispensary on a rota basis. The Trust provides acute treatment and care for a catchment population of around 500,000 people in Bath, and the surrounding towns and villages in North East Somerset and West Wiltshire. Advert Provides a clinical pharmacy service to allocated areas, within the organisation to support the increased workload within the Trust during the Winter period. This will include but is not limited to Medicine, Surgery, Older People and Hospital at Home, Women’s and Children’s Divisions and Clinical Governance. Acts as a clinical role model in these areas and if required supervises rotational staff working in these areas. Acts as the Responsible Pharmacist within the dispensary on a rota basis.
