About the Role
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market-leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including one of Europe's latest high-speed rail projects.
Position
We are currently looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team based in Milton Keynes. The role requires regular travel to our site office in Aylesbury and provides administrative support across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee records, reporting and HR coordination.
You will work closely with HR Business Partners, project teams and site managers, assisting in delivering HR support to operational teams across multiple locations. You will maintain accurate employee data, support recruitment coordination, and assist with onboarding new starters, including inductions and compliance checks. Experience supporting employee relations cases such as disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management would be desirable.
Additionally, you will assist with HR reporting and data management to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date within HR systems. You will support training coordination, absence tracking and general HR queries from employees and managers. Working with wider project teams, you will help ensure HR processes are delivered consistently across the project.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and HR systems.
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) desirable.
* Driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
