IT Support Engineer (Tier 2) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 We’re looking for a proactive Tier 2 IT Support Engineer with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, eager to grow into backend support for M365, Power BI, EDI, Genesys, Softphones, and Networking. Location: Warrington (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £45,000 What you’ll do: Provide Tier 2 support for D365 users and general IT systems. Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and M365 applications. Maintain accurate service records and escalate complex issues when needed. Support system reliability, automation, and integration initiatives. Assist and train end-users across business systems. What you’ll bring: Tier 2 IT support experience.
