Reporting to the Head of CRM Development and Delivery, you’ll take ownership of developing, maintaining, and optimising predictive AI models within Salesforce—ensuring our organisation continues to make smarter, faster, and more customer‑centric decisions.
About the Role
As our CRM Data Modeller, you will be the expert behind the predictive models that support churn reduction, cross/up‑sell opportunities, and service optimisation. You’ll work at the intersection of data science, CRM analytics, and business strategy—ensuring our Salesforce Einstein AI capabilities remain accurate, effective, and aligned with commercial goals.
This is a high‑impact role that directly influences customer engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Predictive Model Development & Maintenance
* Build, train, and maintain predictive AI models in Salesforce (e.g., churn, cross/up‑sell, service insights).
* Ensure models are refreshed and optimised for accuracy and relevance.
* Monitor performance and collaborate with Sales and Service teams to fine‑tune algorithms.
Business Integration & Impact
* Embed predictive insights into Salesforce workflows and business processes.
* Translate complex data outputs into clear, actionable recommendations.
* Align predictive models with commercial objectives and decision‑making needs.
Data Quality & Governance
* Partner with Data Governance and Data Engineering teams to ensure high‑quality, compliant data inputs.
* Support ongoing improvements to data accuracy, completeness, and structure.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Work closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Pricing, and CRM Product Owners.
* Identify new predictive use cases and ensure models meet operational needs.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
* Stay informed on emerging AI/ML technologies and Salesforce innovations.
* Identify opportunities to expand predictive capabilities across the organisation.
What You’ll Bring
Essential
* Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Einstein AI (Prediction Builder, Discovery, Next Best Action).
* Strong understanding of CRM analytics, sales processes, and customer retention strategies.
* Background in data science, predictive modelling, or AI/ML applications.
* Experience with real‑time churn models, predictive modelling, and/or Vertex AI.
* Proficiency in data manipulation, cleansing, and feature engineering within Salesforce Data Cloud.
* Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
* Familiarity with Salesforce objects, flows, SQL, and data integration best practices.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑technical audiences.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Desirable
* Salesforce AI‑related certifications (e.g., Einstein Analytics & Discovery Consultant).
* Experience with CRM Analytics.
* Knowledge of Python, R, or other AI/ML tools.
* Experience in enterprise‑level Salesforce implementations or AI‑driven transformation programmes.
Why This Role Matters
* Scope & Impact: You’ll directly influence the performance of predictive AI models that shape customer engagement and operational decision‑making.
* People Impact: Your insights will empower teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
