Location HybridSector Housing or Housing Maintenance Contract PermanentA qualified Finance Business Partner is required to lead financial reporting and analysis for building safety activity within a large housing or housing maintenance organisation. The role provides clear insight, challenge, and support to senior stakeholders as the organisation responds to increasing regulatory andpliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial reporting and analysis for all building safety activity Produce budget forecasts and monthly management accounts with clearmentary Provide challenge guidance and risk insight to senior budget holders Deliver ad hoc analysis to supportmercial and operational decision-making Support financial process improvements, systems changes and wider finance projectsRequirementsFully qualified accountant ACA ACCA CIMA Strong management accounting experience, including budgeting, forecasting and month-end Advanced Excel and use of integrated finance systems A confidentmunicator able to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in housing or housing maintenance is essential.
