Assistant Manager - Food Service (Takeaway) | Location: West Bridgford, Nottingham | Salary: Up to £29,750 (DOE) + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses | Hours: Full-Time, 45 hours/week over 5 days

Responsibilities
* Assist to lead daily operations across the site
* Order stock, manage quality control, and support forecasting
* Develop, coach and inspire the team
* Uphold high food quality and customer service standards
* Take the lead in shifts and step up when the General Manager is off-site
Qualifications
* At least 1 year\'s experience in hospitality or food service
* Experience in leading a team
* Passionate about delivering top-quality food and service
* Enjoy working with people and building positive team cultures
* A genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and develop skills in a structured environment
* Take pride in your work and want to influence how a site is run
