 
        Fixed term 12 Months NHS Fife Pharmacy and Medicines Directorate are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic and passionate Frailty and Hospital at Home Pharmacy Team, dedicated to delivering exceptional care to ensure safe, timely, and efficient medicines management and supply for patients receiving care at home. As a Pharmacy Support Worker, you will be working at ward/clinic level with the Frailty and Hospital at Home Pharmacy Team and the wider Pharmacy service. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing patient experience, facilitating communication across care providers, assisting in taking medications histories, managing medications supply, maintaining accurate records and ensuring the utmost safety and effectiveness in their hospital journey. You should have experience working in a pharmacy team and must have SVQ in Pharmacy Services at SCQF Level 6 (Full award) or equivalent. Have completed or be willing to work towards the underpinning knowledge programme for Pharmacy Support Workers at Fife College. You should have good interpersonal skills and communications skills and have a passion for patient care. You need to be forward thinking and flexible and enjoy face to face interactions with patients and the multidisciplinary team. You should also be able to travel throughout Fife.
