An Outstanding secondary school in Tower Hamlets, that consistently achieves some of the highest GCSE and A-Level results in the country, is seeking a Social Science Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students across the Social Sciences department.
As a Social Science Graduate Teaching Assistant, youll work with pupils in KS3 to KS5, providing classroom assistance, subject-specific intervention, and academic mentoring. Youll also support learners with SEN, helping to remove barriers to learning and promote engagement in Geography.
Social Science Graduate Teaching Assistant | Key Responsibilities
Providing in-class support in Social Sciences lessons
Running 1:1 and group interventions for underachieving students
Helping with lesson resources, planning, and marking
Supporting students with SEND or EAL backgrounds
