Requirements
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities.
* Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
* Experience with Jira and integrating it with tools like Salesforce.
* Excellent skills in user management, data management, and system configuration.
* Ability to create custom reports and dashboards to provide insightful metrics.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
* Experience with Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Workflow Rules) is a plus.
